When organising a party or function either for friends, staff or important clients, it is imperative that the venue and format are tailor-made to suit the occasion. 

Richmond Park is completely enclosed and closed to vehicular traffic from half an hour prior to sunset until 7.00am the next day.  When private functions are held at the Lodge our own security person is stationed at Richmond Gate to afford entry and exit for function guests only.

The Lodge is situated approximately half a mile from the Richmond Gate entrance to the Park, with easy access to the M3, M4 & M25 motorways.  The nearest 4* hotels are within a 5 minute drive or a pleasant 15 minute walk.  We offer free parking for up to 250 cars immediately in front of the Lodge gardens. 

There are two areas in Pembroke Lodge for private hire.  Please find descriptions below;-

We only accept bookings with a minimum of 90 guests for the main meal on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays during the Summer in The Belvedere.

Our prices include:
Advice from inception to completion, setting up the rooms as specified, furniture including highchairs, table linen, silver candelabra, cake-stand, cutlery, china and glasses, including reasonable breakages and the printing of menus and seating plans if required.

Our prices exclude:
Floral decorations, chair covers, entertainment and photography.
